The Castle House

Deluxe king suite had upgrades, it was gorgeous and big. The staff was welcoming and the host too.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV set in the deluxe twin room. The location was incredible for everything that I needed.

Enjoyed the hotel, it is picture perfect and fairly clean, has peaceful location right on the square.

I spend 1 night in Richmond lovely. The double room was luxurious, included shower facilities, a hairdryer and soft bathrobes.

Totally enjoyable stay for 1 night. Everything was very good, we felt very much at home. We loved the location not far from restaurants and the centre, it was central. The breakfast was savoury and plentiful, with plenty of meals.

It is fabulous place to stay, the food is brilliant, and location is perfect next to the castle. Outstanding staff, cosy rooms with chocolates, robes, for instance.

It has very good location and rooms. The best thing is location - near the castle and main square.

Tidy, the staff were highly efficient, outstanding food. It was nice having television, balcony and Nespresso coffee. Impeccable services. Optimal location - within walking distance of shops and a market. The beach nearby was perfect and the view was exceptional.

Everything was great in this quaint hotel. The bedroom was large, thoroughly enjoyed it. Had the English breakfast, found it to be top class. Early check-in was a bonus.

Our stay here was really really nice, great base for exploring Richmond. We liked our time here.

Everything was really good, its location and staff, plus fine wi-fi. Incredible view of castle. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including yoghourt, tea, fruit, coffee and hot waffles. There was a really great restaurant, the shops and the markets next door.

i liked this hotel, its comfy location & considerate staff. i had a generous sized room with a nice size bathroom. you could walk to shops and a market. and also there was a local history museum, only 300 metres from the venue.

I loved the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were knowledgeable. Satisfactory full English breakfast - delicious selection. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed.
